The Junior Order of Eagles (J.O.E.) offers youth the chance to develop a sense of community, passion and integrity while gaining an early understanding of the pride that accompanies significant philanthropic achievement. With the guidance of sponsors, JOE clubs perform tasks within Aeries and hold various fundraisers to benefit local causes that affect or interest children.
